Casey Alexander LeBlanc was born in Woodside, NY. He began his athletic journey at the age of 6 with little league baseball and also participated in youth football and basketball. In high school, Casey excelled in track and continued his basketball career at the Division 1 level with Norfolk State University. He completed his college basketball journey at the University of Bridgeport, where he earned a B.S. in sociology. Following this, Casey became a physical education teacher and a junior high school basketball coach, during which he led his team to three women's Regional Championship titles over four years. Later in his career, he obtained a NASM certification as a personal trainer and is currently pursuing certifications in Nutrition and Animal Flow. Casey is also the founder of his own business, Conquer All Levels. In his spare time, he enjoys practicing Wing Chun, Jeet Kune Do (JKD), gymnastics, biking, basketball, and Animal Flow.

Let's get it!
I base my adventures from my home in the New York City streets! Sometimes my adventures are just a bike, bus or train ride away. We all need to explore the world because it's our playground! This page covers not only my adventures but the conditioning and training that keeps me fit and ready for my every day activities! I want to personally thank each and everyone for joining my journey. But it's just not my journey anymore, its our journey!

I remember I was about 5 years old playing baseball behind my elementary school with my dad and two older brothers. My dad was teaching me the basic fundamentals of how to hold and swing a bat. We were out there for about two hours and I didn’t hit a single ball. My brothers are on the side encouraging me saying, “you got this Casey, spread your legs some and choke the bat!” Swing after swing after swing I just couldn't connect! I threw a tantrum, started screaming and crying, throwing the bat saying, “I CANT HIT THE BALL! I SUCK! I’M NOT GOOD LIKE YOU DAD!” My dad stopped the practice and said, “son, you are going to be a great baseball player some day even better than me but not by crying saying you suck. But by practicing over and over and over until you get it right. Now wipe those tears, pick up that bat and focus on the ball until it hits the bat.” I said, “Yes Dad.” And the very next pitch I knocked that sucka so far, all I could do is scream!! My brothers ran to me picking me up like I just hit a Grand Slam! Running around jumping, laughing saying “I did it I did it!” Dad said, “it feels good right, now pick that bat up so you can hit 5 more like that so we can go home.” That was the day I developed the persistence, hard work, and vision that we all start somewhere. But that somewhere doesn’t have to be where we finish! We are all great, beautiful, creative human beings! And with enough practice that talent and potential will show!

🔹 1-on-1 Training (Ages 8–18)
Focused, high-level training designed to improve skill, coordination, strength, and overall performance. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s level and goals.
Single Session
- $110 (Fixed Location)
- $135 (Travel)
Packages
- 5 Sessions: $525 (Fixed) / $625 (Travel)
- 10 Sessions: $1,050 (Fixed) / $1,250 (Travel)

🔹 Small Group Performance Training (Ages 7–12)
High-energy, structured sessions focused on footwork, coordination, and foundational basketball skills using specialized training equipment.
- 1 Hour: $35 per athlete (Fixed) / $45 (Travel)
- 2 Hours: $60 per athlete (Fixed) / $70 (Travel)
👉 Minimum 5 athletes required
👉 Sessions capped at 10 athletes to maintain quality coaching

Advanced training focused on strength, conditioning, game application, and high-level skill development. Designed for serious athletes looking to elevate performance.
- 1 Hour: $45 per athlete (Fixed) / $55 (Travel)
- 2 Hours: $75 per athlete (Fixed) / $85 (Travel)
👉 Minimum 5 athletes required
👉 Sessions capped at 10 athletes to maintain intensity and structure

🧠 Training Approach
This is not recreational training.
Each session is built around:
- Footwork and movement development
- Strength and conditioning
- Coordination and reaction training
- Game-ready skill application
Athletes train with intent using:
- Dribble mats (footwork & positioning)
- Specialized cones (movement & agility)
- Medicine balls (power development)
- Reaction tools (hand-eye coordination)

⚠️ Policies
- Payment is required 24 hours in advance to secure your session
- Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited session
- Travel availability is based on schedule and location
⚠️ Package Policy
- 5-session packages must be used within 45 days of purchase
- 10-session packages must be used within 60 days of purchase
- Sessions not used within this time frame will be forfeited
These timelines are in place to ensure consistency, progress, and results
